Write to contact@effystudy.com. We usually reply within two working days. Effy is made by Effy AS, Hamar, Norway (organisation number 938 696 764).
Signing in
Effy has no passwords. Enter your email address, and we send you a six-digit code (in the iPad app) or a sign-in link (on the web). A code works for ten minutes, a link for fifteen, and each can be used once. Your account is your email address: the web and the app sign in to the same account.
No email? Check your spam folder, and that the address is spelled right. You can ask for a new code a few times an hour. If it still does not arrive, write to us.
Deleting your account
In the iPad app, tap the account row at the bottom of the sidebar, choose “Delete account” and type your email address to confirm. Everything in the account is deleted (courses, lectures, notes, quizzes, sheets and chats) and any subscription is cancelled. It cannot be undone. You can also write to contact@effystudy.com from the address the account is registered with.

Innlogging
Effy har ingen passord. Skriv inn e-postadressen din, så sender vi en sekssifret kode (i iPad-appen) eller en innloggingslenke (på nett). En kode virker i ti minutter, en lenke i femten, og begge kan brukes én gang. Kontoen er e-postadressen din: nett og app logger inn på samme konto.
Kommer det ingen e-post? Se i søppelposten, og sjekk at adressen er riktig. Du kan be om en ny kode noen ganger i timen. Kommer den fortsatt ikke, skriv til oss.
Slette kontoen
I iPad-appen: trykk på kontoraden nederst i sidefeltet, velg «Delete account» og skriv inn e-postadressen din for å bekrefte. Alt i kontoen slettes (fag, forelesninger, notater, quizer, ark og chat), og et abonnement sies opp. Det kan ikke angres. Du kan også skrive til contact@effystudy.com fra adressen kontoen er registrert på.

로그인
Effy에는 비밀번호가 없어요. 이메일 주소를 입력하면 6자리 코드(iPad 앱) 또는 로그인 링크(웹)를 보내 드려요. 코드는 10분, 링크는 15분 동안 유효하고, 각각 한 번만 쓸 수 있어요. 계정은 이메일 주소예요. 웹과 앱은 같은 계정으로 로그인돼요.
이메일이 오지 않나요? 스팸함을 확인하고, 주소가 맞는지 확인해 주세요. 새 코드는 한 시간에 몇 번까지 요청할 수 있어요. 그래도 오지 않으면 문의해 주세요.
계정 삭제
iPad 앱에서 사이드바 하단의 계정 행을 누르고 “Delete account”를 선택한 뒤, 이메일 주소를 입력해 확인하세요. 계정의 모든 내용(과목, 강의, 노트, 퀴즈, 연습장, 채팅)이 삭제되고 구독도 해지돼요. 되돌릴 수 없어요. 계정에 등록된 주소로 contact@effystudy.com에 요청하실 수도 있어요.
